Dear Parents,

During this term, Grade 6 students have completed the following assessments for Maths.

• Term1 tests
• PAT-M test
• EMM tests
• Mathletics test

Students’ assessments have been checked, discussed with them individually and their results have been uploaded on SEQTA. If you have any concerns about your child’s academic or behavioural progress please do not hesitate to contact me.

The following is the feedback from Grade 6 students about their learning in Maths.

• This term in Maths we learnt about angles, multiplication, subtraction and division. We studied different types of graphs e.g line graph, pi graph and bar graph. I also enjoyed working on a statistic and probability project. - Hyder Aletabi

• I really like my Maths class this term especially the warm up games. These games include timetable challenges, addition subtraction activities, multiplication games and challenging area games. The best part was getting rewards after the games. - Tahira Quwat

• In this term, I learnt many topics in Maths e.g. radius of a circle, add and subtract unlike fractions. I like my Maths class this term. - Raihaan Syed
